e-Mando provides emergency response coordination services including:
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
New users receive a 1-month free trial of premium features. After the trial period, subscription fees apply.
LGUs must enter into a formal Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to access the 50km radius emergency helpline admin system.

All content, features, and functionality of the e-Mando service are owned by e-Mando Emergency Helpline and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, e-Mando shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the service or via email.
