1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using e-Mando Emergency Helpline services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

e-Mando provides emergency response coordination services including:

  • Emergency alert and response coordination
  • Police, medical, and fire emergency assistance
  • LGU partnership and administration services
  • Real-time emergency monitoring and dispatch

3. User Accounts

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Trial

New users receive a 1-month free trial of premium features. After the trial period, subscription fees apply.

Payment Terms

  • Subscription fee: ₱50/month
  • Automatic monthly billing
  • Cancel anytime
  • No refunds for partial months

5. LGU Partnership Terms

Memorandum of Agreement

LGUs must enter into a formal Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to access the 50km radius emergency helpline admin system.

Admin Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate LGU information
  • Coordinate with local emergency services
  • Ensure proper use of the admin dashboard
  • Comply with data protection regulations

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for false emergency reports
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with service operations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Share inappropriate or harmful content

7. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable emergency services, e-Mando cannot guarantee:

  • Immediate response in all situations
  • Service availability in all geographic areas
  • Network connectivity at all times
  • Accuracy of third-party emergency services

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the e-Mando service are owned by e-Mando Emergency Helpline and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, e-Mando shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the service or via email.
